Therapy is a tool to help you start living the life you want to, the life that has felt out of reach. This can mean living with a different perspective, different behaviors, or simply letting go of pain to live life more clearly and fully.
Every person is unique and experiences therapy differently. I believe most of the answers we seek lay somewhere inside of us. Sometimes you just need another pair of eyes and ears to find them and bring them to the surface. That’s where therapy comes into the picture.
